These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Organizer platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The free trial provides access for up to 10 users for a period of 3 months with no charge. After the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid plan (Pro) or an Enterprise agreement. Paid plans are billed per active user on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, in which case access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
You retain all rights to the data you store in the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Organizer and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
